Healthcare Quality training Program

This program is designed and offered by Quality Associates Inc. to provide healthcare professionals with a competency based training in healthcare quality management. The program is organized into six courses; each one consists of full six training days. The courses are followed by a Review and Study course to prepare participants for the CPHQ exam. Training takes place in a hospital setting to allow participants to practice healthcare quality and apply the skills they learn. The new approach developed by QAI combines the facts delivered from Quality literature with practical applications within the context of the accreditation standards. Standards may vary from country to country. In case of Lebanon the Lebanese Standards will be used as a model.

QAI is using the outline identified by the Healthcare Quality Certification Board (HQCB) of the National Association for Healthcare Quality.  It qualifies participants who complete the six courses and attend the Review and Study course to pass the International Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) exam.
