Quality Associates Inc. (QAI) is a US based company specialized in developing Quality systems, training staff and implementing quality initiatives for sustainable improvement. Since our founding, we have successfully trained healthcare professionals from governmental, non governmental and private healthcare organizations to spread the culture of healthcare quality.

QAI Mission is to strengthen the healthcare quality systems through spreading the culture of quality, building the capacity of healthcare quality professionals and facilitating the national and international accreditation process for healthcare organizations.

QAI seeks to:
• Work collaboratively with governmental, non governmental and private health care organizations to spread the culture of healthcare quality
• Build institutional capacity to sustain performance improvement efforts by creating a group of healthcare quality professionals who can lead the continuous quality improvement efforts
• Promote the application of effective improvement methodologies to strengthen quality of health services
